9 Holiday Party Dresses Under $70

Chances are good you have a few nog-sloshing holiday parties to attend this month. Since such parties are my only reason to get a fancy frock, I like to buy one dress per season and wear it to my church pageant, office shindig and New Year's Eve party with friends.
